The Litchfield girls golf team shot 406 on a wind-swept Ridges at Sand Creek golf course, finishing seventh at the Class AA state tournament June 6 near Jordan.
Litchfield's two-day total of 805 was just two strokes behind sixth-place Holy Family Catholic.
Minnewaska Area won the meet with a score of 643, while second-place Red Wing was 54 shots off the pace.
Junior Kalli Swanson shot 96-98-194 to lead the Dragons individually. Swanson tied for 52nd overall.
Litchfield's Kristen Solbrack 101-99-200 was second-best at the two-day meet.
Minnewaska's Sarah Roering carded a 157, winning the individual state title by three shots over teammate Allie Ostrander.
