The Litchfield boys tennis team is one win away from capturing its 12th consecutive state tournament berth after defeating Providence Academy 4-3 during the Section 5A semifinals May 19 in Plymouth.

Dan Felt and Nate Adams picked up a 7-6, 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles to clinch the decisive fourth point for the Dragons.

Litchfield, the No. 3 seed in the section, will take on No. 1 Breck at 4 p.m. May 21 at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
