Litchfield junior Hannah Walsh finished 19th in the Class A state girls swimming and diving prelims of the 100-yard breaststroke Nov. 21 at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
Walsh, who qualified for state by posting a time of 1 minute, 11.96 seconds at the Section 3A meet, swam a 1:11.61 at state.
The top eight finishers qualify for the finals, while swimmers nine through 16 earn a spot in the consolation finals.
Sarah Monk of Fergus Falls claimed the final spot in the consolation finals, posting a time of 1:10.96.
Olivia McNeely of Visitation finished first in prelims with a time of 1:05.02.
