Reader Kelly Mankenberg of Litchfield submitted this photo of a weird weather event Thursday afternoon. Mankenberg reports seeing what appears to be a small funnel cloud over Litchfield High School at 2:02 p.m. Thursday. "I was rather surprised to see it, being there was no alert of ANY weather for our area, let alone any sirens," Mankenberg said in an e-mail.
