Mankenberg reports seeing what appears to be a small funnel cloud over Litchfield High School at 2:02 p.m. Thursday. &quot;I was rather surprised to see it, being there was no alert of ANY weather for our area, let alone any sirens,&quot; Mankenberg said in an e-mail. &quot;Makes me wonder how often this happens without our knowledge.&quot; Mankenberg also captured some video of the funnel.
