The medallion was found tucked up inside a storm sewer drain by the old Litchfield Public Utilities payment box at the power plant on Third Street. </p> <p> Jackie Defries, Patrice Imai, Kristin Jaquith, Achillez Jaquith and Kali Lawver found the medallion.
