What R they building out there in front of Wal-mart??

Does anybody now what they are builting in front of wal mart they started digging up the soil today on july 21 one of the courtsey associtates at walmart heard it was going to be a place to eat like KFC or Applebees?? If anyone knows let me know Chad Ficker

Back to page topWe're trying to get some sort of confirmation of this, but it sounds like it will be a retail business, not a restaurant. The strip mall you're thinking of may be the one proposed for land east of Wal-Mart. That development seems to be stalled because they haven't found the tenants to fill the potential strip mall. However, Wal-Mart does own three outlots to the south of its parking lot — between the frontage road and Highway 12 — that can be developed. The farthest west lot is the one under development now. And we'll get something posted as soon as we have confirmation of what the store will be.
